Diabetes mellitus (DM) and Alzheimer's disease (AD) are strongly interconnected through shared pathological mechanisms. Plant-based therapeutics with their rich diversity of multitarget bioactive compounds are able to compromise such a complex network. Centella asiatica (l.) Urb.
