This template categorizes files into [[:Category:Public domain files ineligible for copyright]] or one of its subcategories.

== Usage ==

Use the following templates to tag images which are not eligible for copyright protection:

The aim of the image must be the showing the font, not what the words or letter say or mean. Word or text must not meet the [[threshold of originality]] because of its literary significance.

| {{tl|PD-music-ineligible}} || For depiction of musical concepts or techniques, such as simple note sheets. The musical sound generated must not be eligible for copyright.

Images which are tagged with either of the above templates are categorized into [[:Category:Wikipedia image copyright templates|Wikipedia image copyright templates]] category.
