 Dear Dr. XXXXXX,
-Under the initiative of Brain Science Dictionary Committee, Neuroinformatics Japan, we are assembling an online dictionary for students and researchers in neuroscience field.  It is a Wikipedia style on-line dictionary but only by invited authors with peer reviewing process. Items are explained in Japanese.  It is a non-profit effort and the articles will be accessed by anybody without fee.
