「健忘症候群」の版間の差分

　健忘症候群とは、新しい情報を獲得したり保持することの障害で、他の[[認知機能]]が比較的保たれている状態を表す(Loring 1999)。より広義には過去の記憶の想起の障害をも含んだ、記憶障害を主症状とする症候全般を表す。健忘は、[[認知症]]や[[高次脳機能障害]]の主要症状で、患者の[[wikipedia:JA:生活の質|生活の質]](quality of daily life, QOL)を下げ介護を困難にする大きな要因である。本稿では、最初に記憶の分類と神経機構について述べ、次いで健忘症候群に含まれる主な疾患を解説する。
